Return & Shipping Policy

If the goods are damaged or Faulty, we would be happy to give you the following alternatives:

Replacement with the right product
OR

Exchange the product for an alternative of your choice of equal value
In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by email @ info@betterandsafe.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pictures of the product received. Once we receive the details, we will undergo the quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the product passes the quality check, We will schedule a replacement. Since all our products are customized with respect to size & Colour, we offer a replacement of the product is found damaged or faulty.

Shipping Policy:
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Every Product is customized based on size, colour, Pattern, Names
(Certain Products)
Orders in India, once shipped after manufacturing, are typically delivered in 7 – 10 business days in metros, and 8 -10 business days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Return / Refund Policy
Betterandsafe makes great efforts to customize and print the wallpapers as per your specific requirements. However, certain circumstances may lead you to return the product. Such instances are clearly highlighted in our Return / Refund Policy.
Please note that if the same design is ordered a week or a month or more apart, there may be some colour variation between the first order and the subsequent order as this is a custom print process, and due to change of material lots (paper and ink), we cannot promise the same exact colours.

Return in Case of Tampered Packaging
If at the time of receipt, you find your order packaging to be open, damaged, or tampered with, we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept your order. In such cases you must:
Ask the courier to take the order back.
Inform us immediately (within 24 hours) about the situation by sending an email to info@betterandsafe.com so that we can take corrective action at the earliest.

Return in Case of Incorrect Order Delivered by Betterandsafe
If you find that the product delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the design and/or size specifications provided by you, you must:
Inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email to info@betterandsafe.com within 24 hours of order receipt.
Email us a photo-proof of the discrepancy in your order within 24 hours at info@betterandsafe.com.

Send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.
Please Note: In case you want to return your damaged / incorrect/defective product back to us, you will need to bear the applicable shipping and handling costs involved in the process. Betterandsafe will not be liable to bear any shipping and/or handling costs involved in returning the product order back to the company.

Every order is treated as a custom order and therefore printed, packaged, and shipped with great care. Through our FREE Shipping Policy, we ensure that you do not pay ANY additional shipping charges for ANY wallpaper orders placed on our website. However, for certain products, additional shipping charges may apply. We request you to kindly read the Terms & Conditions of our FREE Shipping Policy stated below before placing an order

We ensure only the best quality reaches our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, then please note that there may be slight variations in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close to the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen. The colors may vary slightly. In the case of handmade paintings, there may be minor variations due to the nature of the work.

Shipping Time:
The time is taken to Dispatch a product depends upon the type of the product and Quantity. Large Quantities generally take more than the usual time which is conveyed to the customers once the order is confirmed.
General shipping time for products 4-5 working days.

Courier Partners:

We only work with reputed courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, etc. For domestic deliveries. For remote locations, sometimes Speed post is used where no other courier services are available

Delivery Time:

Our target is ASAP. However, depending upon the size of the product and Delivery location, it varies from 2-10 days from shipping. Smaller products in most of the Metros are delivered within one day also. Tracking details are provided to customers once the product is shipped.
